Currently with a daily flight connecting Porto Alegre to Panama City, Copa Airlines announced this additional frequency on the route from February 20 of next year. The new flight will occur four times a week, totaling 11 flights a week.
“The southern region of Brazil has enormous growth potential and the increase in the frequency of our flights reflects this growing demand and the importance of this market for Copa Airlines,” commented Copa Airlines’ general manager in Brazil, Emerson Sanglard. had mentioned, during the Abav Expo 2017, the intention to expand the company’s operation in the South region.
The new frequencies are now on sale. Departure from Porto Alegre (CM 0408) is scheduled for 10:55, arriving in Panama at 4:17 pm (always local time), on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
On the other hand, CM 0409 flights take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The takeoff happens at 9:50 p.m., and the arrival in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, 7:01 p.m.
