Throughout the month of July, Azul will again serve gastronomic options for Food Truck Horn on international flights to Fort Lauderdale (Miami), Orlando and Lisbon, operated with the A330 jets.
In the Blue Business class, the main course is the bouef bourguignon with mashed potatoes, accompanied by pumpkin salad with herbs, arugula and goat’s cheese and, for dessert, pot au chocolate. In the economic and Economy Xtra, the option is the gnocchi with the white sauce, sage and Parmesan cheese with the dessert sweet rice.
Options served in the last edit
“For the third time, we are resuming a successful partnership with Buzina Food Truck, offering unique menu options for our customers to enjoy on board international flights,” says Azul’s Director of Marketing and Communication, Claudia Fernandes.
The menu is made by chefs Márcio Silva and Jorge Gonzalez, adapted to the conditions and regulations of the aircraft. The service is accompanied by beers, soft drinks, wines, juices, coffee and water, in all classes. During the action period, Buzina’s food trucks will distribute $ 50 discount vouchers for air tickets to those who purchase a Burguer Horn.
