After almost six years of waiting, the Playcenter will reopen in São Paulo. With a date scheduled for January 4, 2018, the project named Playcenter Family will be inaugurated in a covered area of East Aricanduva Shopping, in the eastern part of the capital, in a model somewhat different than the one known by the public.

Based on the Family Entertainment Center concept, the FECs, the park occupies an area of five thousand square feet, with a 14-meter right foot and natural lighting.

The space has the capacity to receive 3,000 visitors per day. Before even opening the doors, the Playcenter Group works with the expectation of receiving 500 thousand people in its first year of operation.

The attractions will be aimed at children from three to 14 years. Highlights include the Clip n ‘Climb climbing wall, the 14-meter Sky Tower, and the Disko, which, according to the park, is a toy that slides on rails, spinning on its own axis.

With the DNA of Playland, a center for games and entertainment for children and young people located in Playcenter Group malls, the new Playcenter will have simulator machines and video games. In addition, visitors will have at their disposal a theater with 150 seats and four party halls.

“The FECs are a trend for this market, whose axis of attraction of consumers gradually stops being anchored in stores and is based on experiences to the visitors. We are bringing this novelty to Brazil with our signature, because we see that there is a lot of space to expand this model here, “said the businessman and creator of Playcenter, Marcelo Gutglas.

The park adopts the payment system via Playcard, a card with credits that are used each time one of their attractions is used and has no expiration date.

The development is integrated into the common areas of Shopping Aricanduva, the largest in Latin America, with more than 420,000 square meters of built area and therefore no need to pay to enter. The opening hours of the Playcenter will be the same from the establishment, from 10am to 10pm.
